Step aerobics was first introduced in the 1980’s while aerobics was gaining popularity. A typical workout consists of choreographed movements done on a raised platform. Most of the time, it’s accompanied by music and works the upper body, lower body, core and cardiovascular system.

  • Begin to incorporate different steps or add-in hand-held weights
  • Integrate low-intensity workouts as well like biking, walking and swimming
  • Maximize fat loss and fitness with a healthy, well-balanced diet
