STOP – in the name of LOVE! It’s hard to believe it, but February has already arrived and the “new year, new you” feelings which usually accompany a fresh start may be beginning to wane.
Although January is well behind us, that doesn’t mean your motivation has to run dry, too! In fact, this month is all about “stopping” to appreciate l-o-v-e — and that means loving yourself, your goals and even your journey with weight and health.
So, as always, the Your Weight Matters Campaign is excited to bring you our February playlist to inspire your goals and equip you with the mentality to meet them. It’s the perfect time to fill yourself up with the LOVE and attitude to help you be the best version of yourself!

Uplift Others by Submitting Your Own Music!
Do YOU have any music that inspires you to stay active and increases your focus on your goals? We want you to share them so other Campaign Challengers can benefit!
To help motivate others with the same music that has inspired you, simply follow these steps:
- First, build your own Spotify playlist with the songs you love and want to share. Try to include enough songs for about 45 minutes – one hour’s worth of listening. As a guideline, try to pick songs and albums that you believe will help uplift other Campaign Challengers during their workouts. Also, try to include music that is free of profanity and explicit language.
- Next, share your Spotify playlist by emailing the link to email@example.com. We may add your music to next month’s Your Weight Matters workout playlist!
- If you don’t want to build and share an entire playlist, you may use the email listed above to submit individual songs.
