If you or a loved one personally struggles with obesity, you know just how complex those challenges can often be. Not only can struggling with obesity be a physical, mental and emotional challenge, but it can also be difficult to face pervasive issues such as weight stigma or problems seeking healthcare and treatment.
Will you help change the way society cares about obesity? That’s the purpose of Obesity Care Week, taking place from February 28th – March 6th, 2021. The Obesity Action Coalition (OAC), Producer of the Your Weight Matters Campaign, is also a Founding Champion of Obesity Care Week (OCW). We strongly support this important awareness week and encourage you to join in on the action and get involved!
